Terms and Conditions

Terms of service: By placing an order you have accepted the terms of service and all conditions of the store. These are subject to change at anytime. I have the right to refuse service at any time.

Shipping: There are two options for shipping, tracked mail (ground advantage or priority) or untracked First-Class Mail® service (stamped shipping, for only photocards/flat items). I am not responsible for any lost or damage that occurs during shipping.

Stamped Mail: While first class stamped mail is a cheaper service, it does not provide any insurance, tracking, or proof of delivery so please proceed ONLY if you can accept the risks. If you want mailing proof in the "order special instructions" section pls leave your instagram@ + "mail" and I will send you a mailing proof video. Any chargebacks for unreceived items using stamped shipping will be automatically disputed.

Refunds: Please note that no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted and all is final sale. If you have an issue or concern with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Photocard condition policy and quality checks: Since all photocards listed are on hand, I will authenticate and inspect the conditions and authenticity of all pcs. Some photocards may have small defects, so those who are meticulous of the condition should not buy, and purchasing means you acknowledge and accept this possibility. Pocabear can only accept refunds/returns to pcs with major defects (defects that can be seen in a picture with natural lighting, not direct light). If the Korean store accepts the exchange, it will be considered a major defect. Spots on pcs smaller than a pen mark or minor impressions that cannot be seen in natural, indirect lighting are seen as minor defects, not major. Listings with (*) imply there is a minor imperfection that is shown in a separate picture in the listing, please only buy if you accept the condition, we will not take refunds for these imperfections since they have already been noted in the listing.

Chargebacks: Any chargebacks that have been made without contacting me personally beforehand will be automatically disputed. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me and we can work together on a solution.
