How does pocabear’s pre-order service work?

When pobs (pre-order benefits) & other merch are announced for a group’s comeback, you can claim & preorder pcs ahead of the album’s release! Pocabear will secure your order and fulfill all items once the pcs arrive to our usa shop 💜

All preorders are pob only! No album pcs or other album inclusions

Only one payment! Order total includes initial, ems, & dms 

Stay up to date on the status of preorders by checking our masterlist or going to the "preorder" highlight on instagram @pocabear.shop

1. Pocabear opens preorders for pobs
2. Customer preorders a pob for a group’s comeback 
3. Pocabear closes preorder period and secures all preorders from kr pob exclusive stores
4. AFTER the group’s album release, pobs are sent from kr stores to kaddy
5. Pobs are forwarded from kaddy/proxy to our shop (usa based)
6. Pocabear packs your order and ships out your pcs!

*estimated time frames for pob arrivals are detailed in the pre-order listing (typically 6-10 weeks after album’s release) AND please allow ~1 month grace period in case of any external delays. Please only order if you are willing to wait through the entire pre order process 

Pre-order member claims

• If you order a pob of a specific member, you are guaranteed to get the member you chose (no member sorting required!)
• In order to guarantee member claims, preorders will be ordered in otX batches, meaning (almost) all of the members of the group must be claimed in order for new sets to become available
• Ex. for txt pre-orders, beomgyu and soobin may “sell out” but will become available again once preorders for the other three members are filled

Shipping:

• Our service combines shipping of all the pcs placed in ONE order, meaning we will ship your order all at once. Once ALL pcs you have ordered are on hand, we will fulfill your orders
• (ex. If you ordered an on-hand pc, a pob from apple music, and a luckydraw from m2u, all pcs will be shipped to you in one package once BOTH the pob and the luckydraw arrive to our shop and are on hand)
• If you would like your pobs to be sent out separately, please place separate orders
• If you need to change your shipping address, please use the “contact us” form on our website and let us know your order #, previous shipping address, and the NEW shipping address you would like your items to be sent to

Buyer protection:

Pocabear shop is committed to providing official photocards and protecting our customers, therefore we will be able to provide refunds in the situation that:

1. Stores sell out of pre-order pcs (pocabear will give refunds to all preorders that could not be secured)
2. Preorder pcs become lost or missing while on their way to our shop
3. Kaddy/proxy becomes unresponsive or doesn’t send out secured pobs 
4. There are any major delays from kr stores (minor delays not eligible for refund)

Additional Rules:

• Pre Orders can/may be placed before previews/photos of the pob are released online. Pocabear will try to provide as much details of the pobs if they are available, but please only order if you are okay without extensive previews/details of the pcs if none are given
• Pocabear can only provide loose time estimates for pobs to arrive at our store. Estimated time frames are subject to change.
• Any chargebacks made that don’t fit the “buyer protection” terms will be automatically disputed. Please contact us if you have a concern 💜
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges. No refunds will be given if the customer changes their mind once previews are released nor if customer becomes impatient with the preorder process that still fits the “preorder timeline” description
• Quality checks: please do not buy you are sensitive to minor defects! the quality of pcs can only be judged once they arrive to our shop, and any major defects will either be exchanged by our proxy or offered partial refunds
• Placing a preorder means you accept ALL conditions of the preorder service AND all of pocabear’s terms of service
